Editor’s note: A WordSpin makeover
By David Hoskin
Welcome to the June 2011 edition of WordSpin. If you’re a regular WordSpin reader, you’ll see we’ve got a whole new look and platform. If you’re new to WordSpin, it’s great you’ve joined us. We hope you like what you see!
Over the years, many people around the world have turned WordSpin into their own, personal source of news, views and ideas for cross-cultural communication. WordSpin brings you strategic viewpoints, English language tips, and insights into what we’ve learned in working with companies in the international field.
Recently, we have developed a new interactive platform for online magazines. We’re proud to release WordSpin as the first publication to launch on this new platform.
WordSpin’s new design is based on the concept of magazine issues – instead of just an ongoing collection of articles you’d find on other resource websites.
You’ll see that it’s socially enabled. You can comment on articles, share them with others and even contribute your own learnings for other WordSpin readers.
You should be able to view an optimized version of WordSpin on any browser and mobile device. If you can’t, please let us know!
Even though changes are afoot at WordSpin, we’ll still bring you all the tips and tricks and viewpoints we’ve always had. And we’ll be rolling out new ideas and content as we continually look to develop the magazine and the online platform.
So take a look around and let us know what you think.
Happy reading!
